It depends on the space. Spray foam delivers the highest R-value per inch plus a built-in air seal, ideal for rim joists, crawl spaces, and shipping containers. Blown-in is fast and cost-effective for topping off attics. Batt is a reliable, economical choice in open framing and new construction. We recommend the right combination for your project rather than pushing one product everywhere.
