The name Conex comes from the CONEX box — the steel shipping container that's become a popular building block for homes, offices, and storage conversions. Bare steel has zero natural insulating value and sweats badly with every temperature swing, which means an uninsulated or poorly insulated container is on a fast track to rust, mold, and a miserable interior climate. We insulate them properly with closed-cell spray foam, which bonds directly to corrugated steel and acts as a vapor barrier and insulation layer in one step — no furring strips, no gaps at the seams the way rigid panel kits leave behind.

That specialty grew out of, and now sits alongside, a full residential and commercial insulation practice: spray foam, attic insulation, crawl space insulation, blown-in cellulose and fiberglass, batt insulation, insulation removal, garage and basement insulation, and home energy audits. Same crew, same standard of work, applied to whatever space actually needs it.

We also treat rebates as part of the job where they apply. Federal energy-efficiency tax credits changed at the end of 2025, and many states and utilities still run their own weatherization and rebate programs — we help you check what's currently available for your project rather than quoting a number that may be out of date.

Above all, we believe in honest work.
